This is new in the original box with the factory instructions.  I have sold the Pedi Paws brand before and this is exactly like it---probably their genic brand.  Originally it was packed with 3 replacement 'heads';  this only has 1 replacement as is shown in the photo.  I know Pedi Paws makes a 12 pack of replacement heads. Tested--works fine; takes 2 'C' batteriesnot included. 
Please remember that if the item(s) listed/shown are older or vintage; even if "NEW"   'may' show signs of crazing, fading, or aging.  Older or Vintage items even if  "NEW"  MAY STILL REQUIRE A LIGHT CLEANING.  Clothes should always be cleaned before wearing.
